Posters

Poster Format:
For the 2024 conference, we are accepting printed posters. This format is designed to accommodate the preferences of all our presenters and attendees, providing a flexible and engaging experience.

• Printed Posters: Should be A0 size (841 x 1189 mm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) in portrait orientation. High-quality printing on durable material is recommended to ensure your poster stands out.

Poster Sessions:
The poster sessions will be structured to foster interaction and in-depth discussion:

• Scheduled Sessions: Your poster will be assigned a specific time slot, during which you are expected to be present to discuss your work with attendees.

• Presentation: We encourage you to prepare a brief presentation (approximately 2 minutes) to introduce your work, followed by Q&A and discussion with the session attendees.

• Layout & Assistance: The conference venue will have designated areas for poster presentations, equipped with the necessary tools and support. Our team will be available throughout the conference to assist you with setup and any technical requirements.
